Working Principle

Raw metal tubes are positioned and fed automatically. The integrated heating unit heats the target forming zone to the preset temperature evenly. Under hydraulic power, the mould completes the expanding, necking or shaping process. The PLC and HMI system monitors heating temperature, forming pressure and stroke in real time, locking consistent dimensional tolerance batch after batch.
