For Egyptian breweries and Indonesian fruit juice bottlers expanding local packaging production, capacity is usually not the main limiting factor. Stable and consistent bottle forming quality becomes the core challenge. JEFFER container glass production system adopts matched melting furnace, forehearth and I.S (individual-section) forming machine as a complete set.
The production capacity ranges from 30-180 TPD, supporting products from 20ml sample vials up to 750ml wine & liquor bottles. This solution targets beer, carbonated drinks, fruit juice, wine, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging sectors. North Africa and Southeast Asia are pushing local packaging import substitution, and this full line is well aligned with such regional industrial policies.
Customers can select end-fired or cross-fired glass melting furnace according to target daily output. After refining, molten glass flows into the forehearth with independent temperature control zones. The feeder cuts glass gobs with precise weight. The gobs fall into the I.S forming machine: blank molds shape the parison, then blow molds finish the final bottle at high speed, hundreds of pieces per section every minute.
Finished bottles go through annealing lehr to release thermal stress, followed by inspection and packaging. PLC system synchronizes gob weight, mold timing, conveyor speed and lehr temperature, ensuring all finished bottles comply with dimension and wall thickness tolerance requirements.
