Glass containers serve as premium packaging solutions widely adopted for beer, beverages, spirits, food, and cosmetic products. Thanks to outstanding chemical inertness, glass does not react with contents, maintaining original taste and product quality while extending shelf life. Fully recyclable and reusable, glass containers align with global low-carbon and sustainable development trends.
Beyond reliable functional performance, glass supports extensive shape and surface decoration options to enhance brand differentiation. For high-volume container manufacturing, stable and continuous production capacity is essential for glass factories worldwide.
The complete bottle production process begins with precise proportioning of silica sand, soda ash, limestone, and recycled cullet in the batch mixing station. The comprehensive manufacturing workflow encompasses melting, forming, and stress relief annealing:
Prepared batch materials are fed into an end-fired regenerative furnace, heated to approximately 1500°C. Raw materials complete melting, fining, and homogenization within the furnace to produce homogeneous molten glass ready for subsequent forming procedures. This 180TPD furnace is engineered for large-scale continuous container glass output, featuring optimized regenerator structure to reduce unit fuel consumption.
Two mature forming technologies are available based on end product specifications:
Freshly shaped hot bottles are conveyed into an annealing lehr. Multi-zone gradual cooling eliminates internal thermal stress generated during high-temperature forming, significantly improving bottle mechanical strength and breakage resistance.
Container glass encompasses a vast selection of outlines, volumes, and colors to meet diverse packaging and branding requirements.
