2. Process

 

1 The batching materials goes into the furance
2 The materials melt into glass liquid
3 The glass liquid goes into throat after clearing, homogenization and cooling

 

 

3. Main component

 

  • Batch charging

The dimension of batch charging area is determined by the different size of furnace and batching methods.

  • Melting tank

The melting tank is combined with melting area and clearing area.

 

  • Regenerator

Each port of regenerator is divided singly. Gas only flows in its own area. It could adjust the quantity of gas and combustion air of each port, which will be convenient during hot repair period.

 

  • Dog house

The batched materials will be pre-melted at this section.

 

  • Port

It is an important part of furnace, it is the place where the fuel is mixed with the preheated air, also an access for the preheated air in to the furnace and exhausting the waste gas out.
