Different from traditional end-fired furnaces, this model adopts an opposed sidewall burner layout, with flames horizontally traversing the melting tank perpendicular to the glass material flow direction. The unique cross firing structure forms an all-round sweeping heat flow on the batch material surface, greatly improving radiative and convective heat transfer efficiency, realizing uniform glass melting and stable production output.

Equipped with a mature regenerative heat recovery system, this cross fired glass furnace effectively recycles waste flue gas heat, reducing unit energy consumption while controlling CO₂ and NOx emissions perfectly.
