1.Brief Introduction 


The batch plant is a department of glass factory that processes glass raw material by charging, dosing, weighing and mixing equipment to get the qualified batch ready for melting.

                                        

JEFFER batch plants ensures that the batch for every glass type is fed fully automatically into the glass furnace with the exact consistency and homogeneity required, at the required amount and at the right point in time24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

 

3D modeling is adopted in order to guarantee design accuracy and avoid possible rework and on-site adjustments caused by design deviation, saving time for customer.

 

2. Raw materials preteatment


In order to improve the production efficiency, if the granularity composition of raw materials can not meet the physical-chemical properties and processing property of glass product, the raw materials will be required to be pretreated before batching.

 

The materials used for glass making are called glass raw materials. Based on the different quantities and functions, the materials are divided into main raw materials and auxiliary ones.

8. Arrangement type of batch plant

 

  • In-Line type

Silos arrange on one line. The materials convey to mixer by belt conveyor after discharge from the scale hopper.

The mixing room is separately arranged. Material loading system is arranged on one line.

 

  • Tower-type

Mixer, scales and silos are vertically arranged.
The scales are connected with the mixer directly.

The material loading system for big capacities of batch need to load the materials from various directions.
