Raw Material Treatment & Economic Application

Our glass batch plants are engineered for efficient raw material pretreatment, automatic batching and mixing for glass manufacturing projects. JEFFER supplies complete batch‑plant solutions as part of full‑scope glass‑line EPC contracting, covering design, equipment manufacturing, site installation, commissioning and operator training.


Raw materials require pretreatment when their particle‑size distribution fails to meet physico‑chemical requirements for glass production. Proper pretreatment improves mixing uniformity and melting performance inside the glass melting furnace.


Glass‑making raw materials are divided into main raw materials and auxiliary raw materials by proportion and function.
