1. Brief Description

4. Main sections of furnace
Usually, the radius of the working tank is equal to the width of the melting tank, and the depth of the working tank is 300mm-400mm less than that of the melting tank.
Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the kennel is about 1100°C~1400°C. The ingredient material will be pre-melted in this section.
It is an important part of the furnace, where the fuel mixes with the preheated air, and it is the channel through which the preheated air enters the furnace and exits the exhaust.
The flame space is a space combined with parapets, vaults, and front and rear gables. The fuel should burn completely within the flame space to ensure sufficient heat for raw material melting and cleaning.
The throat is the core part of the furnace, which will affect the quality of the glass and the operation of the furnace. As the glass flows through the throat, its temperature decreases.
The regenerator heats the combustion air with the help of checker bricks from the exhaust gases from the furnace. It not only utilizes the waste heat of the gas, but also heats the combustion air to a higher temperature, which helps to increase the operating temperature. Exhaust gases can escape and combustion air can enter the channels.
